Why I Love My Mom, possibly more than my dad...

Last night, Mom and I were getting dinner ready for the rattlesnakes (Ali, Kate & Luke.) Mom grabbed hold of my hand to tell me something, I am sure it was very important. Right after she grabbed my hand, I quietly hollared, "Wait, wait, wait."

As she held my hand she asked me, "What?"

"Oh, nothing, now. I just had super glue on my finger."

At that moment in time, not only were we bound together for all eternity through the power of the priesthood, we were literally bound together through the scientic development of super glue. Is there a stonger bond than super glue???

OK, there is one: Mother and daughter.

Also, Why I Love My Dad

It would seem that blogging about my dad has replaced blogging about Oliver the Orange Cat....

Last weekend (while my kids were away for Thanksgiving :(), my dad took Mom and me to the mall. Isn't he sweet? Mom takes her wheelchair to the mall. She does this so she can shop Dad and I TO DEATH!!!

One time, we got on an elevator. Dad decides to man the buttons. He keeps pushing the button with the star by it. Over and over and over and over. Those who know my dad, know he is determined. Finally, I said, "Enough." I asked him why he kept pushing the button for the floor we were currently on?

"That stars means that it the floor we are on? I thought the star meant the floor I wanted to GO to."

Whatever Dad. Guess we are going to have to go to the mall until he gets it down!!
